This assessment takes approximately 25 minutes and on completion you will receive a personal two-page report.
The assessment will benchmark your skills and experience against industry expectations and provide you with invaluable insight on your strengths and development gaps. Through targeting these development gaps can help support you in becoming more effective in your role and career progression. The report also provides a useful reference to discuss your training needs in 1:1s and appraisals.
The report also recommends qualifications that are most suitable for you at your current level, including reference to the APM career pathway of qualifications (PFQ, PMQ, PPQ, ChPP), AgilePM®, MSP®, PRINCE2® and P3O.
