Provek’s ethos is built on quality, both in the service we offer to our clients and the training to our learners. Part of this ethos is developed through a consultative and partnership approach that we adopt with our clients.
Building on the current success of Associate Project Manager programme, Provek has created a focus group for our clients with the following key objectives:
- To allow Provek clients to able to meet in an open forum to share ideas and have the opportunity to benchmark their programme with other external companies.
- Provide an opportunity to share key learnings.
- For our clients to learn new ideas to potentially enhance their own programme delivery.
- For our clients to overcome potential challenges from others’ similar experiences.
Hosted at Royal Mail’s office in London, the focus group had it’s first meeting on the 21st March 2019, attended by L&D representatives from Air Liquide, John Henry Group, John Lewis Partnership, Royal Mail, UBS, Corndel and Provek (with apologies from Associated British Foods, Cello Health, GKN Aerospace and Institute of Chartered Accountants).
Due to the variance in size of organisations and sectors they represent, each client offered an insightful, unique perspective on their objectives and goals from the programme.
Keeping to the time schedule was a challenge as everyone had so much to share (!).
Royal Mail provided a fascinating tour of the Mount Pleasant mail centre at the end of session which was a great finale to the first meeting.
The meeting proved to be of great value to all that attended and there was a unanimous agreement to continue to meet on a regular basis. The next meeting is likely to be scheduled in 4-6 weeks at Cello Health in London.
