Best Practice Network is a DfE approved provider of school improvement and professional development services. They work in partnership with teaching schools, local authorities and early years providers to offer nationally recognised qualifications and bespoke solutions, with a mission to help every child access an excellent education.
In January 2018 Best Practice Network contacted Provek to gain their expertise and support in ensuring that project management best practice was implemented throughout the organisation.
Best Practice Network utilised Provek’s PMA6 assessment tool to assess the skills of their staff and identify training requirements that would be at the appropriate level.
From a review of the PMA6 management report providing an invaluable insight, Provek was asked to deliver their 2-day in-house Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) course and the staff achieved a 100% exam pass rate.
Following this, further tailored training was delivered to develop specific skill areas around APM’s Project Management Methodology, which is now being successfully implemented throughout the organisation.
