The challenge
Royal Mail Group (RMG) required an out of classroom APM PMQ supported learning solution for the first cohort of 12 of their project professionals dispersed across the UK. RMG also wanted to achieve the same very high pass rate that had previously been achieved through traditional classroom training.
The solution
