Following a Board initiated review of the business a decision has been made to increase the in-house delivery capacity of our traditional training business and improve the efficiency of our Associate Project Management Level 4 Programme.
This has resulted in a realignment of our senior management team.
Chris Bevan currently Non-Executive Chairman will take the leadership role of Executive Chairman on a part time basis.
Greg Montgomery will move to a position of Executive Training Director, reporting to Chris. In this position, as well as providing his high calibre training to our clients, Greg will continue with the responsibility of leading our relationships with key stakeholders.
Richard Baker, Operations Director, will leave the business.
Richard joined Provek in June 2021 and supported us through our first successful OFSTED inspection and ESFA Audit, as well as leading our successful re-application to the apprenticeship register (RoATP). We thank Richard for his contributions and wish him success in the future.
With these changes, the Provek Board believe that the company will have the platform to grow as a profitable and sustainable business and continue to be an exciting and fun place to work.
