Who should attend:
This qualification is designed for experienced project managers and Agile team members ready to take the next step – transitioning into confident, capable Agile project leaders who can drive success in dynamic environments.
Duration:
Public courses are delivered as virtual tutor-led classroom. In-house courses can be delivered virtually or face-to-face classroom:
AgilePM® Foundation: two days.
AgilePM® Practitioner: two days.
Timings:
9 a.m. to 5p.m. each day
Examination:
AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner exams are taken remotely.
AgilePM® Foundation: 40 minutes, 50 multiple-choice questions, passing score is 50%, closed book. The online exam is booked for course delegates by Provek and taken at 1pm the day after course completion.
AgilePM® Practitioner: 2.5 hours, four objective questions (20 possible points per question), passing score is 50%, open book (AgilePM Handbook). A 10 minute break is allowed in the online exam. The exam is booked for course delegates by Provek and taken within one week following completion of the training course (delegates can specify their preferred date).
Venues:
Public courses are delivered virtually. Inhouse courses can be delivered face-to-face or virtual.
Face-to-face training is held at the client selected venue.
Virtual classroom training is delivered using Zoom.

AgilePM® Foundation public virtual three-day course: £952 (includes AgilePM® hard copy manual and exam).
AgilePM® Practitioner public virtual two-day course: £962 (excludes manual, includes exam).

Course style:
This course combines in-depth theory with hands-on practical case studies, led by a credible trainer with real-world experience in both project and programme management. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the AgilePM® framework in a way that’s both accessible and applicable, building up to the final exams with the help of realistic sample questions.
You’ll receive comprehensive pre-course materials, including the official AgilePM manual designed to set the stage for a productive and immersive learning experience.
Be prepared to stay engaged: evening assignments throughout the course week are an essential part of the journey, reinforcing learning and boosting your confidence ahead of the exams.

AgilePM® Practitioner: AgilePM® Foundation is required to sit the AgilePM® Practitioner exam.
