APM PFQ Online
Course overview
Provek's online course on The PM Channel will enable delegates to attain the level of competence required to pass the APM Project Fundamentals BoK7 Qualification (PFQ). Once study is completed, the one-hour exam can be taken via a webcam at your desk.
Course specification
Project team members, project planners, project office staff, project coordinators, junior or inexperienced project managers, work package leads and any staff new to project management who require a broad insight in to project management principles and best-practice.
Self-study of between 10 and 15 hours.
Provek will register you for the online exam via the ProctorU service and you will select the exam date and time to suit you (please allow a 5 working day lead time to book your exam date).
One-hour examination of 60 multiple choice questions.
£144 + VAT which includes the online course and hard copy study book.
(an additional shipping cost will apply if the hard copy study book is required to be delivered outside the UK).
Please note: The PFQ exam will need to be booked and purchased directly with the APM (current fee £193 ex VAT).
Directed self study followed by the online exam. This includes access to The PM Channel, exam practice tests and Provek remote expert support (telephone and email).
None. However, some project experience is an advantage.

Qualification details
APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) – formerly known as Introductory Certificate, is designed for those embarking on a project management career or for individuals who require recognition for their general project management knowledge and awareness.
The course is based upon the Association for Project Management’s Body of Knowledge 7th edition and covers the syllabus for the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification examination. The course covers a wide range of topics at a summary level thus providing attendees with a broad understanding of project management terminology, basic techniques, and the people and skills required to successfully manage a project.
