Once approved, the business case is then followed by more detailed planning and project delivery. The project deliverables, once handed over, are then used to realise the benefits as first defined in the business case.
This course is designed to introduce delegates to the subject of the project business case. This course provides an overview of the development of a business case and an understanding of the various key constituents within a typical business case.
