Project staff wishing to demonstrate a recognised level of competence in project management or who are required to play a role in a project conducted in accordance with the PRINCE2® (version 7) method.
PRINCE2® Foundation: 3 days
PRINCE2® Practitioner: 2 days
Delegates will undertake the Foundation course on Monday to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday is used as a mentoring revision and review session for the Practitioner examination. The Foundation and Practitioner exams are booked by each delegate at a time of their choosing, typically within two weeks of completing training.
Foundation:
9am to 5pm, Monday to Wednesday
Practitioner:
9am to 5pm, Thursday
9am to 4:30pm, Friday.
Foundation: one-hour.
Practitioner: two and a half-hours.
This event is held at the client selected venue.

The course is designed to be interactive, with opportunities for discussion. The course devotes time for group-based exercises. Delegates will be required to do evening work during the week of the course. Numbers on each course is limited to ensure the highest quality and level of delegate participation. Delegates who wish to undertake the foundation only exam may attend the first three days of this event.
Ideally a minimum of one to two years experience in a project environment as a senior manager, project manager, project/team leader or end-user.
Delegates must pass the PRINCE2® Foundation exam before they are able to sit the Practitioner exam.
Study is via Provek’s pre-study workbook, the PRINCE2® PDF Manual and videos on the PM Channel. Recommended minimum of 15 hours pre-study time required.
